MoneyPlay is designed for families. An adult (18+) sets the app up and is responsible for the account and for any children using it. Children use the app under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.
MoneyPlay is an educational and relationship tool that makes talking about money playful. It is NOT a bank, and it does not hold, move, or manage real money. Jar balances, Sparks, and in-game currencies are learning tools, not real accounts. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. For those, please speak to a qualified professional.
Some features may require a subscription, billed through your Apple App Store account. Price and billing period are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Notes, reflections, family names and other things you type stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and show them back to you inside the app. Please keep your content kind and lawful.
Use MoneyPlay for your own family. Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app, and don't use it to harm anyone.
We work hard to keep MoneyPlay running and improving, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, add, or remove features over time. We'll give reasonable notice of significant changes to these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, The School of Play is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
