Student leadership cohorts
Twenty weeks that hand the wheel to your students, they lead, they own, you support.
Our Student Agency curriculum is different from every other curriculum here. In this program your student leaders become the facilitators, not the audience. Included here are 20 weeks of structured leadership development, built for students who are ready to take the wheel and make an incredible impact on your school community. Here your student leaders will find structured weekly lessons, each containing 4 activities for them to lead and roll out. Your role as a teacher is to take a step back and let the student leaders take the reins in delivering these lessons to the rest of the school — yes you are there to support them, but essentially we want the student leaders to have multiple exposures to leading play-based workshops.
Each weekly bundle holds four moments for your student leaders to deliver. Use one per session, or run them all together, whatever works for your school.
A short, warm orientation written for whoever's reading, the teacher running it, the family supporting it, and the student living it. Print, share, or read on any device.
Run the rhythm with confidence. Practical setup, weekly delivery, and ways to make it land in your classroom.
What this looks like at home. Conversation starters, simple extensions, and how to support the school program at home.
A welcome from us, in your words. What play is, why it matters, and how the week works.
Every game in this curriculum is mapped to recognised standards across Australia, the IB, England, the US (CASEL) and Aotearoa New Zealand.
